Welcome to AlyCat's TV, operated by AlyCat's Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Because our network is built to escape the algorithm, our data collection practices are minimal by design.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide personal identifiers (like your name, email, or phone number) to watch our broadcasts or play games.

2. Local Storage (Your "Stash" and History)

To provide a seamless experience, AlyCat's TV uses your browser's "Local Storage." This is how the app remembers:

• Your "My Movie Stash" and "My Game Stash" selections.
• Your playback history (so videos resume where you left off).
• Your age verification status (to prevent the 21+ prompt from appearing on every visit).

This data is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to, saved on, or analyzed by our servers.

3. Third-Party Services & Integrations

While our core app is decentralized, we utilize certain third-party services to deliver content. These providers have their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics (GTAG): We use basic, anonymized analytics to see how many people are tuning into the network. This helps us gauge viewership but does not identify you personally.
• YouTube: Many of our movie and broadcast embeds are hosted via YouTube's API. YouTube may track your viewing habits in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft / Xbox Cloud Gaming: Our gaming portal routes you directly to Xbox Cloud. Your gameplay, Microsoft account data, and controller inputs are handled securely by Microsoft.
• Internet Archive: Our retro MS-DOS games are emulated via the Internet Archive.
• Stripe: If you choose to donate to The AlyCat's Innocence Project, your financial transaction is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not see or store your credit card information.

4. Age Restriction (21+)

AlyCat's TV features mature content and cannabis education. Our service is strictly intended for users who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under the age of 21.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically as we add new features to the network. We will notify you of any major changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
