By accessing or using AlyCat's TV (the "Service"), operated by AlyCat's Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Age Requirement (21+)

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to use this Service. By bypassing the age-gate and entering the site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.

2. Cannabis Education & Content Disclaimer

AlyCat's TV includes mature content and sponsors related to cannabis education (e.g., Canna Cabanabus). All cannabis-related content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Third-Party Content & Intellectual Property

AlyCat's TV acts as a decentralized directory and broadcasting interface. We embed and link to content hosted on third-party servers.

• Movies & Broadcasts: Video content is streamed via the YouTube API or authorized private servers. We do not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted motion pictures or broadcasts.
• Cloud Gaming: AlyCat's TV provides direct routing links to Microsoft's Xbox Cloud Gaming ecosystem. To play Xbox titles, you must possess your own valid Microsoft account and the appropriate Xbox Game Pass subscription (e.g., Essential, Ultimate). We do not host, emulate, or distribute modern Xbox game files.
• Retro Games: MS-DOS games are embedded via the non-profit Internet Archive ecosystem under fair use/archival principles.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the network.
• Attempt to bypass our security measures or scrape our API.
• Misrepresent your age.

5. Donations & Sponsorships

Voluntary donations to "The AlyCat's Innocence Project" are processed securely via Stripe. All donations are final and non-refundable. AlyCat's Media LLC acts as a sponsor and advocate for the project, but the project operates independently of the streaming application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AlyCat's Media LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the network, the uptime of third-party cloud gaming links, or the uninterrupted streaming of video content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AlyCat's Media LLC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
