By accessing or using AlyCat's Media (the "Service"), operated by AlyCat's Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Age Requirement (21+)

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to use this Service. By bypassing the age-gate and entering the site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.

2. Cannabis Education & Content Disclaimer

AlyCat's Media includes mature content and sponsors related to cannabis education (e.g., Canna Cabanabus). All cannabis-related content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Sesh Rooms & User-Generated Content

Our "Sesh Room" feature allows users to chat, share images, and interact directly via a Peer-to-Peer network. By using this feature, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any text, images, or content you transmit to other users.
• You will not share illegal, highly offensive, or copyright-infringing material.
• Because these communications are routed directly between users and not stored on our servers, AlyCat's Media LLC assumes no liability for the conduct of users or the content they choose to share within private or public Sesh Rooms.

4. Third-Party Content & Intellectual Property

AlyCat's Media acts as a decentralized directory and broadcasting interface. We embed and link to content hosted on third-party servers.

• Movies & Broadcasts: Video content is streamed via the YouTube API or authorized private servers. We do not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted motion pictures or broadcasts.
• Cloud Gaming: AlyCat's Media provides direct routing links to Microsoft's Xbox Cloud Gaming ecosystem. We do not host, emulate, or distribute modern Xbox game files.
• Retro Games: MS-DOS games are embedded via the non-profit Internet Archive ecosystem under fair use/archival principles.

5. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

AlyCat's Media respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content embedded or linked on our Service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by contacting our administration at the email provided below. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing link or embed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AlyCat's Media LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
